STAY AWAY!!! The shady negotiating with Chris Reeves and Kyle (used car manager) is completely unprofessional. They will make you try to believe that there was a miscommunication...no bad communication as I have it all in texts. There are plenty of dealerships around that will treat you right but not this one.
I purchased a 2025 GMC 3500 HD from Star GMC in December 2024 and they delivered the truck to me. The salesman is Aaron Hullock. The delivering agent delivered the truck and I agreed to sign the one copy of the sale documents right then and there. The delivery agent said the dealership would mail me a copy of the executed sale document. Today is 5/28/25. I have repeatedly phoned and text Aaron to ask for a copy of the executed sale documents. I recently bought GMC diesel track from this dealership. Also I bought extended warranty on this truck, so it should be worry free. Right? No. A week ago it was quite cold (around 12F) so I got pesky and very well know for GMC/Shevy Duramax Diesel "Service Emission Required". But I was covered by extended insurance? Right? Guess what, they detected that wires were chewed by squirrels or mices (how convenient for them) and it is not covered by insurance. Took my vehicle in to troubleshoot 'Servuice Airbag' light. I also wanted an oil change and they talked me into an injector cleaning. They also notified me of an airbag recall. They contacted me the truck was done. I arrived and paid. I then went to get my truck and immediately saw the service airbag light was still on. Went back in and asked about it. Would not Inspect my truck without changing the brakes they told me were terrible all around at $950 plus other recommended services of about $1500. I took to another certified service center and brakes were at 8 and 10 and no addition work needed to inspect . Won't ever use again
Truck is not able to run in snow. Service cannot offer a loaner for a week plus out. No one cares. Too bad mentality on the purchase of a $60k truck. My Audi ran better in the snow and their service was outstanding. GMC needs a lesson in customer satisfaction and reputation management.

I was in the market for a winter vehicle. I knew I wanted a SUV, but was not sure of the brand. I researched and test drove several SUV’s over the past 3 weekends. My last test drive was going to be in Reading Pennsylvania, but I never left Quakertown. Star Cadillac got the sale. Corey Willemet greeted us and worked diligently to get us the deal we wanted. Bought a 2 yr old Cadillac XTS with 20,000 miles. Had it 1yr 11 months and has numerous suspension issues, alignment issues, CUE(screen) issues, and air intake replaced. The Service Manager wasn’t helpful and didn’t care about the issues I’ve had with the car in a short time period. Not friendly, not willing to help, and won’t buy a car from there or any STAR again.

My sales agent, Nick, had a nice style. He was not high pressure and was direct in what could be done in terms of price. He even saved me money by transferring tag instead of a new one. I also enjoyed working with the finance Mgr, Anthony. He went above and beyond on helping me to determine best extended warranty and got me a great loan rate better than my credit union.
It was a pleasurable experience. The people where very nice a did a great job of getting the deal done. The price was great and they gave me fair shake on my trade in.

Worst experience ever!!! I bought a 2013 GMC Terrain with about 20k miles. My first oil change at about 26k miles I found my car was 2 quarts low on oil. Then before my next oil change my engine was knocking. Because of my horrible experience buying the car at Star Gmc I took it to another GMC dealer for consumption tests which took another 8k miles to do the tests.
